A constant theme that crops up time and time again with my clients is “I’m really busy and don’t have the time to exercise / eat well / sleep more / relax / see my family or friends...”
Amongst other things, this is often where planning comes in.... ask yourself this question each week, and make the response a priority somewhere in your schedule:
”What have you planned for your health this week.”
