OUTDOOR FITNESS AND BOXING CLASSES
Bringing fun to outdoor fitness with these high energy, all over body workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels.
All fitness sessions are held outdoors and cater for all levels. Each session is challenging yet fun and will work on all areas of your fitness, strength and general movement.

No two classes are the same and as much as possible I like to be inspired by the natural elements available to us, whether its hills, trees, sand or mud!

Outdoor boxing fitness classes are a designed for all fitness levels and are a really fun, high energy workout, using boxing fitness methods, gloves and pads. Great for getting out your frustrations!
