NUTRITION AND HEALTH COACHING

We are all as unique on the inside as we are on the outside, and how we feed our body and mind needs to reflect this.
​
As a coach, I spend time getting to know you, understanding your beliefs, lifestyle, diet, habits health, challenges and goals. In the context of this understanding, I work closely with you to facilitate and support you in creating healthy lifestyle habits for the long term wellbeing of yourself and your family.
​
​I draw on my experience and training in behavior change, motivation, health, movement, nutrition, stress and general wellbeing, I am passionate about uncovering what works for you.
​
My ultimate goal is to empower you to lead your own life a life of health and happiness.
​
Your journey starts with a complimentary conversation (typically 30 minutes), and based on that I will come back to you with some thoughts and ideas as to how we could progress.
​
Typically, I work closely with you to:
* Identify the areas in you life you are looking to change.
* Get clear around your purpose, goals and passions.
* Challenge your current beliefs, thoughts and mindset.
* Identify what you need to change and how you can form new habits / break old habits.
* Develop your unique health and nutrition plan, with actions and dates.
* Provide support, advice, information and motivation.
* Hold you accountable for the changes you wish to make.

Healthy Me Program: 8 weeks
​
An 8 week program includes an initial complimentary 30 minute conversation, followed by 4 face to face or Zoom sessions of 60 minutes each.
​
Together we will develop a personalised health plan to guide you through your journey.
Between each session you will have activities to complete, and you will be supported by me throughout via whatsapp or email.
