ABOUT LOUISE
Nutrition and Health Coach and Personal Trainer
Hi, I'm Louise, and I'm passionate about helping people like you make simple lifestyle choices to improve your health and wellbeing, and that of your families.

Let's face it, we all know what we should eat, how much we should sleep and how much we should exercise, but are you actually doing it?

Have you found yourself carrying some extra weight, lacking in energy, feeling tired and stressed, lacking in motivation to change?
Your thinking and behaviour patterns are well ingrained and are often challenging to shift. The resulting feelings them impact your actions and behaviour and in turn can form habits (some of which are less desirable than others!). Sometimes all it takes is a little guidance and support to help challenge your current reality and steer you in a new direction. That is where I come in.
My focus is wholeheartedly on helping you uncover what makes you feel good in your life. The answer always lies within, so I support your journey on understanding what you want, what is in your control and how you can implement this in your life in a sustainable healthy way. The reality is that if you don't value or enjoy things, you wont do them. You will simply set yourself up to fail, creating a loop of destructive behavioral patterns that don't support you or give you the outcomes you desire.

Our lives are now so busy, finding the motivation or time to exercise, eat well or practice self care, is often another chore to add to our never ending todo list. We are over whelmed with information and pressure to perform, when often all we need is space and time to just breathe. I can help cut through a some of these noises and distractions and help you create amore energised, fun and sustainable way of living.

Whether this is exercising more with a group of likeminded people, re-framing your thinking and your values in life, or feeding your body with more nourishing food. Whatever path you take, it is yours, and it needs to be fun and in line with your values, otherwise as you well know, you won't persevere with it!

I take a simple, holistic approach to health, looking at nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management. I draw on many years experience as a client consultant for a facilitation and behavior change organization, coaching and training people in fitness and teaching children philosophy and gardening! Like everyone though, my main experience has come from life itself and my own personal development journey I have found myself on as a result.

I've spent the last 20 years of my life overseas, traveling throughout Asia, Central and South America, cycling around Europe and New Zealand, living in Toronto, Canada for a year and most recently living in Sydney, Australia for the last 17 years. I now find myself back in the country of my birth and rediscovering my love of the countryside and seasons (sometimes!).

My loves in life include my family (my kids are 9 and 12 so keep me busy), running, riding my bike, triathlon, swimming, paddle boarding, being outdoors, skiing, good real food (yes that does include chocolate!), exploring our world, my cocker spaniel and last but not least Liverpool FC!

During my early life I was a hockey and basketball player (or any other sport for that matter), but more recently I've completed the following:
The Gauntlet Hever Castle 70.3 Triathlon, UK Sept 2021
Ultra Trail Australia (UTA50) 2019
Sydney Marathon x 2
Iron Man 70.3 Port Macquarie, Australia, 2014
Many Half Marathons and 10kms, Olympic distance Triathlons including Noosa x 3, Byron Bay x 3 and Wollongong.
