I work with you on your individual fitness goals, whether that is to loose weight, get fit, build muscle, increase stamina, increase flexibility, train for an event or recover from an injury or illness.

Are you looking to reconnect with your team and explore a range of wellness topics?


Our retreats and sessions can incorporate wellbeing for the mind and body in addition to facilitated work focused sessions. 


They are typically set in nature and can include a mixture of guided yoga/restoration, trail running/walking and beautiful whole food.
